Payment card, UPI, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials may be processed directly by our authorized payment service providers. We do not intend to store complete payment card or banking credentials on our own systems.

3. Property Owners and Tenant Information

ZentroHestia facilitates connections between property owners and prospective tenants.

Where a property owner or other eligible user purchases a package that provides access to tenant contact information, the applicable tenant contact details may be made available to that user according to the package purchased.

Similarly, information voluntarily included in a property listing may be displayed to users of the platform for the purpose of facilitating rental enquiries.

Users must use information obtained through ZentroHestia only for legitimate rental-related purposes and must not misuse, sell, distribute, scrape, spam, harass, or otherwise unlawfully process another user's personal information.

ZentroHestia does not guarantee that:

  • A tenant will respond to a property owner.
  • A property owner will respond to a tenant.
  • A property will be rented.
  • A tenant will ultimately rent a property.
  • A tenant's stated requirements will remain unchanged.
  • Any user will enter into a rental agreement with another user.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any rental arrangement.

4. ZentroHestia Is Not a Party to Rental Transactions

ZentroHestia provides a platform for property discovery and connection between users.

We do not:

  • Collect rent on behalf of property owners.
  • Collect or hold security deposits.
  • Process rental payments between owners and tenants.
  • Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of users.
  • Guarantee the condition, ownership, legality, availability, or suitability of any property.
  • Guarantee the identity, financial capacity, intentions, or conduct of any tenant or property owner.
  • Act as a party to any lease, licence, rental, or other agreement between users.

Any rent, security deposit, maintenance payment, brokerage, agreement, or other transaction between a property owner and tenant is undertaken directly between those parties.

Users should independently verify property ownership, identity, documentation, and other relevant information before making any payment or entering into an agreement.

5. Paid Services

ZentroHestia may offer paid services to users, including but not limited to:

Premium Property Listings

Property owners may purchase premium or promoted listing services that may provide increased visibility or placement of their property on the platform.

Payment for a premium listing is payment for the promotional/listing service itself. It does not constitute a guarantee of enquiries, tenants, visits, or successful rental of the property.

Tenant Contact Packages

ZentroHestia may offer packages that allow eligible users to access a specified number of tenant contact details or tenant enquiries.

Each package may contain a defined number of contact credits or contact accesses. The number of available contacts and applicable features will depend on the package purchased.

A contact credit is considered used when the relevant tenant contact information is accessed, unlocked, or otherwise made available to the purchaser through the platform.

The availability of a tenant contact does not guarantee that the tenant will respond, remain interested, or enter into a rental arrangement.

6. Payments

  • Payments for ZentroHestia's own paid services may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
  • ZentroHestia does not process or collect rent, security deposits, or other rental payments between property owners and tenants.
  • Users should review the payment information and service details carefully before completing a purchase.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments for ZentroHestia services are generally non-refundable except in circumstances specifically described below or where a refund is required under applicable law.

Duplicate or erroneous payments

If a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or payment-processing error, the duplicate payment may be eligible for a refund provided that the additional purchase or associated credits have not been used.

Users should contact ZentroHestia support with the relevant transaction/order details so that the payment can be reviewed.

Used tenant-contact credits

Once a tenant's contact information has been accessed, unlocked, or viewed through a purchased package, the corresponding contact credit will be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund will generally not be provided because:

  • The tenant does not respond.
  • The tenant has already found another property.
  • The tenant changes their rental requirements.
  • The property does not meet the tenant's requirements.
  • The user is dissatisfied with the response received from a tenant.
  • The user changes their mind after accessing the contact.
  • The user does not ultimately rent a property.

Premium listings

Payment for premium or promoted listing services is for the listing/promotion service and does not guarantee enquiries, leads, property visits, or successful rental.

Refunds for premium listing purchases will generally not be provided once the premium listing service has been activated or delivered, except where required by applicable law or in cases of a verified duplicate/technical payment error.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or through the payment mechanism supported by the applicable payment provider.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share personal information where reasonably necessary to provide our services, including:

  • With property owners or prospective tenants where the platform functionality and applicable service permit such information to be shared.
  • With authorized payment gateways and service providers required to process ZentroHestia purchases.

  • Where necessary to detect, prevent, investigate, or address fraud, security issues, abuse, or violations of our terms.
